Vibrational essences are the energies of nature, transferred to water and preserved in brandy. Flower and other vibrational essences work on our energetic fields. They balance and strengthen our subtle bodies, allowing for shifts in awareness to help us shift our awareness so that we may follow our path and reach our full potential.

Flower essences are by far the most recognized of these healing energies thanks to the work of Dr. Bach who popularized them in the 1930's. Today, essences are being made not only from flowers, but minerals, animals, environment, spirit and other things found in nature. These new essences are capturing the energies of the 21st century.

Kootenay Flower Essences were created between 1996 and 2000 by myself and 2 friends. Initially they were made out of an interest in essences and for personal use, but we soon found that others were also in need of the healing energies. The essences were made in the belief that the medicines that grow at your feet are the most beneficial. However, having worked with these energies and with people from around the world, we found the energies to be universal.

The Elemental Essences are a set of essences I started to created in 2000. They were not something I set out to create, but evolved through out the year as I was guided and are still evolving. I find that in making each one, my personal growth accelerated. Many of us are trying to find our path in this life, and questioning why we are here. The Elemental Essences focus on shifting our consciousness so we able to find our own personal power and speak our truth with conviction. At present, there are 48 single essences and 5 Elemental Essence Blends listed on this site and others being researched. Both sets of essences are made in the beautiful area of the Kootenays in British Columbia. They are made from spring or well water and from wildcrafted or organically home grown garden flowers, the environment and nature. The essences are made in co-operation with nature, the plant spirits and devas who help transfer the life energy of the plant into the water. The essences are then preserved in good quality brandy and are then further enhanced with pyramid and crystal energy.
